Alo Yoga accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the return is received and processed.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase, whether purchased in store or through an online order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must:
Returns submitted without proper authorization or beyond the permitted return window may be declined.
To submit a return, sign in to your account and begin the process under “Return an Item.” You’ll need to enter your email address linked to the order, select your item, and follow the steps online.
Customers must complete the return request and include the authorization number inside the package. Clearly label the outside of the box with the return subject line and reference number.
All returns must be accompanied by either a packing slip or confirmation email. If you made your purchase in store, please bring your item and receipt back to the store for processing.
Once your item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your return selection.
